Refund & Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Seshan products! If something isn't right, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery under these conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging.
• You'll just need to show us your order confirmation or receipt.
• For safety and hygiene reasons: We can't accept returns on skincare products that have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
• Once we receive and check your item, we’ll process your refund straight back to your original payment method.
